Privacy Policy for ちゃんとかうんとるとる

CROSSCORE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd.（クロスコアテクノロジー株式会社） (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the application “ちゃんとかうんとるとる” (“the App”).

1. Basic Policy

The App is designed to connect via Bluetooth to a device attached to a pachinko or slot machine and display count information such as coin IN / OUT counts.

The App does not transmit users’ personal information to any server or external service. Count data, graphs, history, settings, and background images are stored only on the user’s device and are not transmitted externally.

The App does not include advertising, access analysis, behavior tracking, or tracking mechanisms.

2. Information Handled by the App and Purpose of Use

All information handled by the App is processed and stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted externally.

2.1 Count and History Data

The App stores counter information recorded in the App, including coin IN / OUT counts, difference counts, various count values, bonus history such as RB / BB / AT, and graph data.

This information is stored only on the user’s device and is protected using AES-256 encryption.

2.2 App Settings

The App stores settings configured by the user, such as display settings and panel settings.

These settings are stored only on the user’s device.

2.3 Background Images

When the user selects an image as the background of the counter screen, the selected image is stored on the user’s device.

The selected image is not transmitted externally.

2.4 Device-Specific Identifier

The App may use a device-specific identifier provided by the operating system to generate an encryption key for save data stored on the device.

The App does not store or transmit the device-specific identifier itself. It is used only for encryption key generation and is not recorded thereafter.

2.5 Bluetooth Communication Data

The App processes count signals received from a device attached to an actual machine, such as an ESP32 device, via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and reflects them in the App’s count display.

These data are processed and stored only on the user’s device.

2.6 Personal Information Not Collected

The App does not collect or record personal information directly entered by users, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, account information, or contacts.

The App also does not collect, record, or transmit location information.

3. Use of Device Functions and Permissions

The App may request permission to use the following device functions in order to provide its features. These permissions are used only for the purposes described below.

3.1 Bluetooth

The App uses Bluetooth to connect to a device attached to an actual machine, such as an ESP32 device, via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and to receive count signals.

The App does not collect or transmit users’ personal information through Bluetooth.

3.2 Location Permission on Android

On certain Android versions, location permission may be required by the operating system in order to scan for and connect to nearby BLE devices.

The App may request location permission only to satisfy this operating system requirement for BLE device scanning. The App does not collect, record, or transmit users’ actual location information.

3.3 Photos and Media Access

The App uses access to photos or media only when the user selects an image stored on the device as the background image for the counter screen.

The selected image is stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted externally.

3.4 Permissions Not Used

The App does not use the following device functions:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Notifications

Users may revoke permissions at any time through the settings screen of their device. However, if permissions are revoked, some functions of the App, such as connection to the device or background image selection, may become unavailable.

4. In-App Purchases

The App includes in-app purchases.

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not directly obtain or store users’ credit card information or other payment information.

Payment information is handled in accordance with the policies and terms of Google Play or Apple App Store.

5. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The App does not provide, sell, or share users’ information with third parties.

The App does not use external analytics services, advertising networks, tracking tools, or third-party SDKs, and therefore does not transmit user information to such third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

The App’s data is stored only in the local storage area of the user’s device.

Save data is stored with AES-256 encryption and tamper detection using HMAC-SHA256. The encryption key is generated from device-specific information, and therefore the save data cannot be decrypted on other devices.

However, no technical security measure is completely secure. Users are responsible for managing their own devices, including using device locks and taking precautions against loss, theft, or unauthorized access.

7. Data Deletion

Users may delete data stored by the App through the following methods:

• Count data can be deleted using the data reset function, such as “All Clear,” within the App.
• Background images and other data stored by the App can be deleted by deleting the App’s data through the device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Because the data exists only on the user’s device, we cannot restore the data once it has been deleted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy due to amendments to laws and regulations, changes in the App’s functions, or other reasons.

In the event of important changes, we will notify users through App updates, store descriptions, or other appropriate means.

The revised Policy will become effective when posted in the App or at the designated location.

「ちゃんとかうんとるとる」プライバシーポリシー

CROSSCORE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd.（クロスコアテクノロジー株式会社）（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するアプリケーション「ちゃんとかうんとるとる」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、パチンコ・スロット実機に取り付けた機器とBluetoothで接続し、コインのIN / OUTなどのカウント情報を表示するためのアプリです。

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報をサーバーまたは外部サービスへ送信しません。カウントデータ、グラフ、履歴、設定、背景画像などのデータは、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

本アプリには、広告配信、アクセス解析、行動追跡、トラッキングの仕組みは含まれていません。

2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報と利用目的

本アプリが取り扱う情報は、いずれも利用者の端末内でのみ処理・保存され、外部へ送信されません。

2.1 カウント・履歴データ

本アプリは、コインIN / OUT数、差枚、各種カウント、RB / BB / ATなどのボーナス履歴、グラフデータなど、本アプリで記録したカウンター情報を保存します。

これらの情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、AES-256による暗号化が施されます。

2.2 アプリ設定

本アプリは、表示設定、パネル設定など、利用者が行った設定情報を保存します。

これらの設定情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。

2.3 背景画像

利用者がカウンター画面の背景として画像を選択した場合、選択された画像は利用者の端末内に保存されます。

選択された画像が外部に送信されることはありません。

2.4 端末固有の識別子

本アプリは、端末内のセーブデータを暗号化する鍵を生成するために、OSが提供する端末固有の識別子を使用する場合があります。

本アプリは、この端末固有の識別子自体を保存または送信しません。当該識別子は暗号鍵の生成にのみ使用され、その後記録されることはありません。

2.5 Bluetooth通信データ

本アプリは、実機に取り付けた機器、ESP32等からBLE（Bluetooth Low Energy）を通じて受信するカウント信号を処理し、アプリ内のカウント表示に反映します。

これらのデータは、利用者の端末内でのみ処理・保存されます。

2.6 個人情報の非取得

本アプリは、利用者が直接入力する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、アカウント情報、連絡先などの個人情報を取得・記録しません。

また、本アプリは利用者の位置情報を取得・記録・送信しません。

3. 端末の機能・権限の利用について

本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の端末機能の利用許可を求める場合があります。これらの権限は、下記の目的にのみ使用します。

3.1 Bluetooth

本アプリは、実機に取り付けた機器、ESP32等とBLE（Bluetooth Low Energy）で接続し、カウント信号を受信するためにBluetoothを使用します。

Bluetoothを通じて利用者の個人情報を取得または送信することはありません。

3.2 Androidにおける位置情報権限

Androidの一部バージョンでは、OSの仕様上、周辺のBLE機器をスキャンまたは接続するために、位置情報権限が必要となる場合があります。

本アプリは、このOS要件を満たすために位置情報権限を求める場合がありますが、利用者の実際の位置情報を取得・記録・送信することは一切ありません。

3.3 写真・メディアへのアクセス

本アプリは、利用者がカウンター画面の背景画像として端末内の画像を選択する場合にのみ、写真またはメディアへのアクセスを使用します。

選択された画像は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

3.4 使用しない権限

本アプリは、以下の端末機能を使用しません。

• カメラ
• マイク
• 連絡先
• 通知

利用者は、端末の設定画面からいつでも権限を取り消すことができます。ただし、権限を取り消した場合、実機への接続や背景画像の選択など、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリには、アプリ内課金機能があります。

アプリ内課金は、Google PlayまたはApple App Storeを通じて処理されます。当社が利用者のクレジットカード情報その他の決済情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。

決済情報の取扱いは、Google PlayまたはApple App Storeの規約およびポリシーに従います。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、利用者の情報を第三者に提供、販売、共有することはありません。

また、本アプリは外部の解析サービス、広告ネットワーク、トラッキングツール、第三者SDKを利用していないため、これらの第三者へ利用者情報が送信されることもありません。

6. データの保存とセキュリティ

本アプリのデータは、利用者の端末内のローカル領域にのみ保存されます。

セーブデータは、AES-256による暗号化およびHMAC-SHA256による改ざん検知を施したうえで保存されます。暗号鍵は端末固有の情報から生成されるため、他の端末では復号できません。

ただし、いかなる技術的安全対策も完全ではありません。端末の紛失、盗難、不正アクセス等を防ぐため、利用者ご自身で端末ロック等の管理を行ってください。

7. データの削除方法

利用者は、以下の方法で本アプリが保存したデータを削除できます。

• カウントデータは、本アプリ内の「全消去」「オールクリア」等のデータ初期化機能により削除できます。
• 背景画像その他のアプリ内データは、端末の設定画面から本アプリのデータを削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。

データは利用者の端末内にのみ存在するため、削除後に当社が当該データを復元することはできません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正、本アプリの機能変更その他の事情により、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。

重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリの更新、ストア上の説明、その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。

変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリ上または所定の掲載場所に表示された時点から効力を生じます。
